Dominique Steiler, Associate Director at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), and Leader of the Economic Peace, Mindfulness and well-being at work Chair, was interviewed by Xerfi Canal on economic peace and social progress in businesses.
During this interview he explains the urgency of contemplating economic peace in the work place to reconnect those organizations and people that have been “dehumanized” by the “economic war”, and above all demonstrates that social progress in corporations is only possible if all the stakeholders of a region or community work together.
