Award for the Best Paper based on a dissertation for our researchers : AOM 2019 Understanding the Inclusive Organization - 79th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management.
GEM PhD Graduate Bilal Jathol, now an assistant professor of entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School, and his GEM PhD supervisor and co-author Charles-Clemens Rüling were awarded the Award for the Best Paper based on a dissertation (Organizational Development and Change Division) at this year's Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Boston.
