Seminar : Sustaining or Weakening Hybridity? Boundary Organizations as Facilitators of Cross-Sector Collaboration
Léa Stadtler is Associate Professor of Strategic Management at the Grenoble Ecole de Management. In her research, she explores pressing design and management questions at the interface between (cross-sector) collaboration, paradox management, coopetition, and organization theory. Her papers have been published in journals such as Organization Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, and Business & Society, and she has received three international dissertation and case writing awards.
Lea Stadtler is Senior Editor of the Annual Review of Social Partnerships (Pedagogy Section) and also contributes to the Geneva PPP Research Center, University of Geneva, Switzerland.
Özgü Karakulak holds a BA degree in economics from the Sabanci University Turkey and has been awarded an MA degree in Development Studies from the University of Manchester in 2009. On completion of her MA, she worked for several NGOs focused on education and women’s empowerment in Turkey. In 2012 she started studying MRes in Management Science at the ESADE Business School, Spain.
Since January 2014, Özgü is a part of Prof. Gilbert Probst’s research team and is currently working as a teaching assistant responsible for seminars to graduate students and supporting Master theses.
