INNOVATION AND ORGANIZATION
Dr. Blagoy Blagoev is Lecturer in Organization Studies at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg since April 2018. Blagoy studied Business Administration (B. Sc.) and Management & Marketing (M. Sc.) at Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Illinois, USA and received his doctoral degree (summa cum laude) from Freie Universität Berlin in 2015.
Blagoy’s work focuses on the interplay of time and temporality with processes and practices of organizing. Among other things, he has conducted research on the formation and persistence of organizational time regimes, the temporal coordination of organizational routines, and the entanglement of organizational remembering with materiality. Blagoy's current research interests include organizational temporality and new forms of organizing.
