Nives Della Valle (PhD in Economics and Management, MSc in Economics) currently works as Senior Researcher in Behavioral Economics at the Institute for Renewable Energy, EURAC Research. Her role is to identify factors that influence unsustainable behavior, and help designing behaviorally informed interventions to make energy policies more effective, with an experimental (lab and field) and evidence-based approach. She has been awarded a grant to conduct research on how behavioral economics and sociology can help shaping European energy policy (H2020 ShapeEnergy). She has previously worked in a team tasked by the Autorità dell'Energia Elettrica, il Gas e il Sistema Idrico to address the effect that different types of feedback have on energy consumption behaviour.
