Senda is Doctor of Pharmacy and holds an Advanced Master in Management of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. She is interested in the management of radical innovation and the strategies which help firms to develop new products on the market. Her thesis topic focuses on decision making during innovation process , and the role of lead uers to impact the attetnion and decision of top managers in biotech firms.  

This doctoral dissertation empirically explores and theorizes the influences of knowledge combination, strategic individual collaboration, and attention allocation on the early phase of innovation and knowledge productivity. The dissertation provides useful insights with regard to both how and with whom to collaborate, to improve the innovation process and increase individuals’ knowledge productivity.
