This study first uses the literature research method to start with the theoretical basis. Secondly, using the survey analysis method, the interview results and the questionnaire are analyzed to construct the IT professional competency model. Then use logic analysis to analyze the components of the IT competency model (indicator system), and finally use the IT competency model to practice and guide the reform of the talent training model in higher vocational colleges.
1?This study finds that the IT professional competence of employees in the surveyed IT companies is mostly at the middle level, and there is room for improvement.
