Christophe Bonnet is professor in finance at Grenoble Ecole de Management. His main areas of teaching and research are entrepreneurial finance, private equity, corporate governance and financial myths. Christophe graduated as an engineer in agronomy. He holds an MBA of HEC Paris, a MSc of the University of Paris Dauphine, and a PhD in Management (Université de Bourgogne). Christophe's professional background is in corporate finance and in private equity. Before joining GEM he was a financial controller at Roussel Uclaf (now part of Sanofi) and a private equity investor with Permira. He is memner of a business angels group and participates to the strategic comittees of several startups. He has published numerous academic articles as well as two books : "Finance entrepreneuriale : financer la création et la croissance de l'entrepise innovante" (Economica) and "OPA, OPE & LBO" (with Michel Albouy, Economica).
