My skills and interests include Entrepreneurship, small business, business growth and change, business financing, social entrepreneurship, business ethics, faith and business, experiential learning, hands-on education, international relations.

I help people start, grow, and change companies. I do that with students through hands-on learning and with consulting clients through business advising. I also develop entrepreneurship curriculum and programs. I  teach Entrepreneurship and Management at Fresno Pacific University.

Research topic

My research topic is the intersection of business models and impact models for social enterprises. I plan to categorize both kinds of models and study optimal combinations  for different types of social enterprise.
