Andrea Laboissière obtained a double Master's degree in French Literature & Language and History & Social Sciences at the Graz University, in Austria, in 1986. After graduating, she taught the French language to managers of national and international companies in São Paulo, Brazil. She then moved to France where she specialized in teaching the German language to managers of companies, as well as at the Universities in Grenoble. In 2006, she joined the Modern Languages and Foreign Cultures at GEM, where she coordinates the German and the Signed Language programs since 2009. She is also consultant at the Center for Personal and Management Development (CDPM) at GEM and is particularly interested in innovative teaching methods.
