Akaki KHELADZE is an experienced Project Manager in Georgia, specialized in managing change within the organization. He initiated and is currently in charge of a strategic reorganization project at Caucasus University, Georgia. He is Director of Graduate Studies at Caucasus School of Business and successfully manages the first international Dual MBA program with Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France. Besides this, he is a Head of the Management Department at Caucasus University. He started his career with one of the largest electricity distribution companies in Georgia where he was involved in the restructuring of business operations.
Currently, Akaki is pursuing his PhD Degree in the sphere of Management at Georgia University, Atlanta, USA. Akaki has his Master’s degree in Management of Communication Systems from Nantes University, France and an MBA from Caucasus School of Business, Georgia.
He has 8 years of experience in training and consultancy and serves as faculty member of Caucasus School of Business in his home-country, management professor at Grenoble Graduate School of Business (France) and a visiting professor at Georgian Technical University where he delivers classes in the field of management.
