DBA Research

Since 1993, our Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) research program has been actively connecting businesses and academic communities in order to enact change and promote progress through original and rigorous research.

Our DBA students conduct research with managerial and organizational impact at the highest level. To share relevant recommendations for organizations and help them overcome key challenges, each thesis includes a chapter dedicated to the managerial implications of the doctoral research.

DBA students and graduates are encouraged to share their results and findings with the widest possible audience in order to impact their peers, organizations and communities.

With a strong focus on dissemination to business and academic audiences, the combination of relevance and rigour in our DBA research supports our reputation in the management of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Sandra Milena Santamaria-Alvarez (DBA graduate 2014) wanted to research and publish on topics that can have an impact in both academia and society. She focused on migrants and their transnational activities that create positive outcomes for the migrants, their families, and the societies of both the country of origin and the destination country. With this research, she could continue to work on topics related to her DBA thesis.
