The Chair « Anosmia : Making the invisible visible» is organizing a first meeting and conference about anosmia on the 20th March 2017. This event aims to bring together people living with anosmia, researchers, organizations and prominent individuals, to set an agenda how to make anosmia more visible and recognized in public, and to explore different ways of improving quality of life for people with anosmia.
The first half of the day will be about presenting current research on anosmia, and the research of the Chair.
There will be an inspirational talk from Michel Doriez, an anosmic himself, a chef, and author of a book Je ne peux plus me sentir. There will also be a presentation of SOS Anosmie organization, by Bernard Perroud.
The second part of the day will be dedicated to anosmic people and their experiences, and also several interactive workshops.
