Each doctoral student is assigned one or several research-active supervisors from our school or an affiliated institution. Our thematic research teams provide a framework for our doctoral students.
PhD students work closely with the teams during their stay in Grenoble while DBA students are able to develop strong links with the teams during their visits to France. The teams are structured around our predominant areas of expertise and research in order to reinforce our reputation in the management of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.
By supervising doctoral students at Grenoble Ecole de Management, faculty have the opportunity to work with candidates who have met our demanding selection criteria. These students are often given privileged access to top-tier research in the fields of business and organizations providing them with exciting opportunities for high-impact, novel research and joint publications. The global reach of our doctoral programs means that many of these research collaborations are carried out with an international or cross-national perspective.
Supervisors and doctoral students are supported by the Doctoral School's workshops and training in advanced methodologies. Our team has over 20 years of experience in providing doctoral education and draws upon best practices, experience and resources as well as training in innovative methodological techniques.
